Rajasthan State Ganganagar Sugar Mills Limited (RSGSML) entrusted Kamtech Associates Pvt. Ltd. with the study and preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the technical upgradation and modernization of its operations. The project focused on improving production efficiency through automation, cost-effective mechanisms, and time and motion studies aimed at optimizing manpower utilization. In addition, the assignment included a comprehensive evaluation of the existing marketing and sales system for IMFL, Heritage, and Country Liquor, along with recommendations for strengthening business performance. Kamtech also assessed the feasibility of establishing a Gallery attached with a Central Testing Outlet and Restaurant for Alcoholic Beverages at Jaipur, providing a complete implementation strategy and roadmap for the proposed facility.
