Kamtech has conducted a study and prepared a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for technical upgradation, automation, cost-effective mechanisms, and a time and motion study related to production processes. The report also includes recommendations for the implementation of a new marketing and sales system for IMFL, Heritage, and Country Liquor. Additionally, Kamtech has submitted the project proposal along with its implementation plan for the establishment of a gallery attached to a Central Testing Outlet and a restaurant for alcoholic beverages in Jaipur.

Scope of Work:

  • Study and prepare a Detailed Project Report for technical upgradation, automation, cost-effective mechanisms, and time-and-motion-based manpower optimization.

  • Evaluate the existing marketing and sales systems for IMFL, Heritage, and Country Liquor, and propose improvements.

  • Assess the feasibility for establishing a Central Testing Outlet, a restaurant, and a visitor's gallery for alcoholic beverages.
