engaged Kamtech Associates Pvt. Ltd. to prepare a Comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Detailed Engineering for the establishment of a Neem-Based Botanical Products Formulation Plant at its Rasayani facility. The project was developed to establish a modern manufacturing unit for producing a wide range of neem-based products, including neem oil, neem powder, neem extracts, and other botanical formulations for applications in agriculture, healthcare, and personal care industries. The consultancy assignment included process design, plant layout planning, detailed engineering, equipment selection, utility planning, production workflow, raw material sourcing, quality assurance systems, and engineering specifications. Kamtech also prepared cost estimates, technical documentation, implementation strategies, and project execution plans to ensure efficient plant operations and sustainable manufacturing practices. The proposed facility was designed to support the growing demand for eco-friendly, herbal, and organic products while promoting the commercial utilization of neem-based natural formulations for domestic and international markets.
