Kamtech has built and maintained a profiling platform and mobile application Santhe for the Government of Karnataka, UNDP, and NRLM. The objective of the project was to provide a digital identity to SHGs/artisan and their products, create and enhance networks that will promote B2B and B2C, thus increasing the visibility and value of their products.

Scope of work:

Designing and development of the profiling platform (For the purpose of understanding – Profiling platform means web and mobile applications and android):

  • Web application with responsive templates
  • Master for input of various data
  • Date analytics with data modelling, Data Extraction, Data Manipulation and Data Visualization (e.g. data discovery, analyzing, visualization, reporting)
  • Integration with external portals/platform
  • OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities should be addressed for security

Maintenance of the platform and handling:

  • Onsite/ offsite support for trouble shooting purposes and depute one technical expert at the Government Department to for handholding support
  • Developing user manual and technical manuals for the dashboard
  • Pre-loaded SHGs/ Artisan broad products description as dropdown list (at least 1000 products) / catalogue
  • Capacity building / Training pf the Government and UNDP team in use and administration of the dashboard
  • Change Management
  • Providing hosting and maintenance support
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
  • Up gradation, customization and Ongoing tech support for 6 months
